We're Ready to Stop the Spread

While it’s not “business as usual”, we are here to support our clients who have essential housing needs.  We here at the Morris Real Estate Team are committed to the health and safety of our clients, our fellow REALTORS and ourselves.

We continue to evolve our safety protocols to keep everyone safe in this unprecedented global crisis together.  The safety measures we are taking are being guided by public health authorities and the government.

These are a few of the precautions we take but not all of them.  Prior to, and immediately after, every showing of one of our listings we are asking our clients to thoroughly clean and disinfect all doorknobs, surfaces, the light switches and counters with antibacterial killing cleaners.  Leaving the lights on and doors open reduced the need for viewers to touch surfaces.

When we take a buyer out or have a buyer view our properties, we also take extra precautions. Some of those precautions are limiting access to two adults plus their agent, asking them not to touch surfaces in the home, and requiring signed documentation ensuring they are adhering to government-imposed guidelines.

If you would like further details on the changes we have made please reach out to us and we will be happy to go over all the changes we have made!
